Algemene verkoopvoorwaarden
Article 1 - Duration of stay:
The customer signing the contract for a specified period cannot claim any right to remain on the premises under any circumstances.
Article 2 - Conclusion of the contract:
The online reservation becomes effectives once the customer guarantees it with a valid credit card. The hotel reserves the right to accept or refuse ant reservation request.
Article 3 – rates conditions:
3.1. FLEXIBLES Rates:
- Flexible room-only and flexible with breakfast.
- A valid credit card is required to guarantee the reservation.
- Rate can be modified or canceled once without charge up to 2 days before the arrival date.
- In case of cancellation beyond the deadline, the total amount of the stay will be charged to the bank card provided as a guarantee.
- Note that the rate specifies if it's room-only or if breafast is included.
3.2. NON-FLEXIBLE Rates, non-modificable, and non-refundable:
- Non-refundable room only and non-refundable with breakfast.
- These rates are payable upon reservation. The full amount of the stay is required as prepayment at the time of reservation, and it will be charged to the credit card provided for the guarantee.
- There is no possibility of modification or cancellation. No refund is possible.
- The credit card used for prepayment will be required upon arrival.
- In case of no-show, the hotel will not refund the amount collected unless the tourist tax has been prepaid and that the customer expressly requests it.
- Note that the rate specifies if it's room-only or if breakfast is included.
3.3 Parking:
- The price is 30 EUR per day. The day starts at 3:00 PM and ends the next day at 12:00 PM.
- Parking spaces are limited. You can reserve a space based on our availability by contacting us.
- The parking fee must be paid upon arrival. In the case of a reservation through our website, payment will be debited from the credit card used when booking.
Article 4 - CHECK-IN:
The customer will be welcomed on the specified day starting from 3:00 PM or earlier based on avaiability. In case of a late arrival, the customer must inform the owner. The same schedule applies to parking.
Article 5 – PAYMENTS:
Payments to the owner can be made in cash, by credit card, or via bank transfer. When paying by bank transfer, funds must be in the hotel's bank account at least 2 days before arrival.
Article 6 - TOURIST TAX:
The tourist tax is a local taxt that the customer must pay to the owner, who will ten forward it to the Finance Department. It is not included in the sales prices unless specified otherwise and must be paid upon arrival.
Article 7 - Use of premises:
The customer must respect the peaceful nature of the premises and use them in accordance with their intended purpose. They undertake to leave the accommodations in good condition. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the entire establishment, and any damage caused to the room, hotel equipment, or common areas may result in penalties. Upon arrival, the customer will have to sign internal regulations.
Article 8 - Pets:
Pets are allowed, subject to a flat fee of €30 per night. However, the staff reserves the right to refuse access to certain animals.
Article 9 - Capacity:
The contract is established for a specific number of people. If the number of guests exceeds this number, the establishment has the right to refuse additional guests. This refusal cannot be considered as a modification or termination of the contract initiated by the establishment. Therefore, in case of departure of a number of guests higher than the refused number, the corresponding accommodation cost remains payable to the owner.
The photos displayed on our website at the time of booking are not contractual. The photos serve as a reference for the space and bedding arrangements. The hotel does not guarantee to provide the exact room shown in the photos.
Article 10 – CHILDREN POLICY:
Babies under 3 years of age can stay free of charge, and baby cots are available upon request and subject to availability. Beyond that age, any child is considered an adult and is subject to Article 9. For dining purposes, we consider a child to be between the ages of 3 and 12 years old, inclusive.
Article 11 - INSURANCE:
The customer is responsible for any damage that occurs during their stay. Therefore, it is advised to check if their main home insurance policy includes vacation rentals. The tenant certifies that they are covered by liability insurance that covers their own responsibility and that of the accompanying individuals.
Article 12 - DISPUTES:
For any disputes arising from the execution or termination of this contract, only the courts within the jurisdiction of the location of the rented property shall have competence.
Article 13 - HOTEL STAY:
13.1. In compliance with the current regulations, the customer may be asked to present an identity document upon arrival at the hotel.
13.2. The customer agrees and undertakes to use the room in a responsible manner. Any behavior contrary to good morals and public order will lead the hotelier to ask the customer to leave the establishment without any compensation or refund if payment has already been made. If no payment has been made, the customer will have to pay for the consumed nights before leaving the establishment.
13.3. The hotel declines all responsibility for the loss/theft of items not stored in the hotel's safe and not reported upon arrival at the hotel.
13.4. Yooma Hotel has an internal regulations document for its clients. The customer accepts, sign and undertakes to abide by this regulation. In case of non-compliance by the customer with any of the provisions of the internal regulations, the hotelier will be obliged to ask the customer to leave the establishment without any compensation or refund if payment has already been made.
13.5. Yooma Hotel offers WIFI access for clients to connect to the internet. The customer agrees not to use the hotel's computer resources in any way for the reproduction, representation, provision, or communication to the public of works or objects protected by copyright or related rights, such as texts, images, photographs, musical works, audiovisual works, software, and video games, without the permission of the rights holders provided for in Books I and II of the Intellectual Property Code when such authorization is required. If the customer fails to comply with the above obligations, they may be accused of copyright infringement. The customer is also required to comply with the internet service provider's security policy, including the rules for using the security measures implemented to prevent the illicit use of computer resources and to refrain from any act that could impair the effectiveness of these measures.
13.6. Additional Charges
The hotel has existing items in the rooms or provided free of charge. In case of loss, damage, or failure to return these items, the hotel will charge:
- Remote control: EUR 25.00
- Hairdryer: EUR 25.00
- Glass in the room: EUR 5.00
- Yooma bathroom cup: EUR 5.00
- Hanger: EUR 5.00
- Kettle : EUR 40.00
- Damage to linen: EUR 25.00 per item
- Yooma cups: EUR 5.00
- Coffee Machine: EUR 150.00
Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the establishment, including in the rooms. A fine of EUR 250.00 will be applied, and if not paid on the day of the violation, it will be charged and debited from the credit card provided as a guarantee or deducted from the security deposit.
Any damage to the equipment and materials provided in the rooms is subject to a minimum fine of EUR 200.00.
Any damage to the provided linen will incur a fee of EUR 25.00 per piece.
